Thanks for that , but Fruit has natural sugars and they are free?? so here is my dilemma.

Ok well I had 300g out of the 815g so pointed it at 6pp plus 2pp for milk and butter (didn't use a lot)

Ah cool Just out of interest, how much did it weigh after cooking?

I didn't weigh the whole lot, I just weighed out what I thought I could eat, which was the 300g

Oh I see, really you needed to weigh the whole lot to know if the pp's were accurate, but I don't think mash changes much anyway from it's raw state.... Xx
