Pregnancy without the pounds

Hello, I'm a lurker too! :) how far along are you sammy? I'm 7+6 with my first, I joined sw and then a couple if days later I found out lol! Since then though had terrible nausea and sickness so been unable to do sw as havnt been able to eat much at all! I'm hoping to go back once this nausea hopefully disappears in a couple of weeks! X

I'm 7 + 3 with our 3rd! I feel for you re: nausea, I've had it mildly the past 2 weeks, its not stopped me eating though!
Trying to really stick to Sw now as had a couple of bad weeks and gained a bit.
Good luck getting bk on Sw. x
 
I've just made my first ever treacle tart, my dh brought me the great British bake off book for Xmas & I've been wanting to try a recipe since then. it looks & smells amazing, unfortunately it is laden with calories so am only having a very small slice!

Felt queasy today but also very hungry, made the kids their sandwich & couldn't resist one myself.

My dh reminded me its valentines tomo, completely forgot, so will be having some sort of meal. will get back on plan Friday, so much for my 100% week. I will try and stick to below 1500 cals today & tomorrow. will get on the treadmill again tonight whist dh watches the footie!

I've had a terrible couple of days, totally binged & now feel awful. I'm getting back on plan tomorrow, really need to stick to a whole week to lose the couple of pounds gained.

I've decided to start a fresh week from tomorrow, I know its cheating a bit but my logic is this, I have already gone way over syns so I know that if I carry on until weigh in (fri) I would end up just binging!
I am going to try to stick to 15 syns a day instead of using them all up within the first 3 days.,..
