Pregnancy without the pounds

I gained 4 stones with my first! 2 with the second & probably be 3 by the time I've finished with this one. Lol
It is very scary the first time but you'll be fine. :)

I've had a rubbish day....again. Gonna start a fresh week tomorrow, because I've used all my syns for the week I know if I try & carry on until weigh in fri I will end up pigging out as I already feel as though I've "blown it"
At least if I start a fresh week I won't pig out! (Well that's the plan)

Day 4.

So this weekend is going to be difficult to stick to plan, we have made last minute arrangements fr friends to come over & I've already used all my syns. I'm. Going to calorie count today & tomorrow & start a fresh week from Monday. God I'm so rubbish at sticking to plan!
So anyway going to try & stay below 1600 cals & do some exercise. Will weigh Monday morning & hopefully sts.

Morning!

Wi this morning, gained 1/4 lb. I'm fine with that as didn't stick to Sw all week. Also it's an average of 1lb gain a week from now until birth so if I can try & slow that down slightly I'll be happy. here's to a fresh 100% Sw week. :)
 
Hey how far gone are you now? You seem to be doing really well with the healthy eating most of the time :) that'll be fab for you and the baby! Have a great week xx
 
I'm 18 weeks tomorrow! It's flying by. Yes not doing too badly last few weeks, I definitely had a rocky start, was eating everything that wasn't nailed down! :)

I'm hoping it helps, trying to save quite a few syns for weekend. We're off to visit family sat or sun & know it'll be eating on the go.
