I'm back......again!

So I'm almost 16 weeks pregnant & have shamefully already gained 11lb!
I'm going to really try & follow Sw to hopefully at least sts for a couple of weeks.
I'm off to my sisters tonight for a meal so hopefully it will be Sw friendly, she has celiac disease so can only eat decent / non processed food so should be ok.

I am over syns slightly but feeling really good this week as really managing to stay on plan. Also the scales are looking pretty good with a maintain. 2 more days & that's my first full week of Sw since finding out we're expecting. :)

I have just totally fell off the wagon! I have eaten so much today already & have just put a pizza in the oven!
I am going to try & go relatively syn free for the rest of the week & do as much exercise as possible.

Ive probably used almost all my syns now!

Just wanted to stop by and say hi :)
I'm 15+3 preg and gained over a stone already! Yr doing really well! I wish I had yr motivation and willpower! But I haven't! Keep thinking about the hard work I will have after the baby is here but still nothing!

This week is the first week I've managed to (almost) stick to plan since getting pregnant. I gained about half a stone within the first 10 weeks! I was eating anything & everything!
Hopefully I can stick with it now & slow the gain down a bit.
Is this your first baby?

Yeah this is number 1 so I'm totally not sure what to expect for anything!!
Weight, sleep, temperature and of course cramps!! :-/ they all scare me lol x
