Hi all,
I am seriously considering starting CD on 2nd January. I have nearly 3 stone to lose and have tried so many different diets!! The only question I have at the moment is that I have a few events booked in February which will include meals and drinks! How do I go about these? I am not planning on going overboard on these dates, but I don't really want to deprive myself of having a meal and a few glasses of wine. How can I prepare myself so the cheat has minimum impact?

if you are going to drink alcohol you need to come out of ketosis as it can be very dangerous to drink whilst in ketosis so you would have to eat carbs the morning of the party . If you can get away with not drinking then you can do minimal damage by just avoiding carbs when you eat , meat and green veg is fine and you should stay in ketosis .
