I've thought about this, and as a result having athe 4 days off (including the night before) so the liver can cope..
when i come back.. a little more sole source then 790.... Already said at the beginning of the diet that the first thing i shall eat when i come off of it will be a doner kebab (as on the Atkins, i very much liked them!)
Still going to have one... but a small one with no bread. Moderation and control is key
