Lost -1lb lat week, am pleased with that, slow and steady!

Although had a heavy weekend, as we had friends over on Friday for a bbq, I spent Saturday with my brother and we had lunch out and dinner out then Sunday was my Dad's birthday lunch so spent Saturday and Sunday night at my parents - out of my usual routine and with many high syn values in a plentiful supply!

Still, don't feel too guilty about it as I am usually so very strict with myself - and try to plan in the nights that I know I am going to be drinking, either with friends or clients.

Here's hoping for another 1lb loss this week, that will take me to over 1.5 stone loss. x
