pub meal on ss+ and im well prepared!

hello all, hope everyone is doing well on their diet :)

i blipped last week by firstly getting drunk, and then binging - i stuck to ss+ for the rest of the week and did so much exercise but at my WI on monday i had put on a pound - och well, that'll teach me!

tonight i am meeting friends for our monthly credit crunch dinner and drinks at our local weatherspoons (yes, smells of old mens pants but pints in london are expensive!)

i am well prepared, i will have had 3 CD meals by then and plan to order the side salad, no tomatoes, no onion, no dressing (that'll be just the lettuce and the cucumber then) and i have a small pot with quorn pieces in paprika with me and a bottle of low-cal-low-sugar dressing that i plan to add - if they mind then tough! and i have my sunshine orange powder which i plan to add to sparkling water and drink from a wine glass!

im determined to prove to myself that my normal socialising can be done without cheating with a bit of forward planning.

now i just have to resist the smell of all the other stuff (over the old mans pee, shouldnt be too hard):p
