Hi i am on day 3 and thought i would keep a record on my food intake:

breakfast - scrambled egg with ham and mushroom and 5 slices of bacon.

snacks - orange, grapes, banana

lunch - baked potato, cheese, beans with huge salad of lettuce, carrots and peppers.

snacks - apple, orange

Dinner - spaghetti carbonara, bacon, peppers, onion with egg and milk

snacks - alpen light (HEB)

syns - extra for cheese, and scramble egg today, nothing else.

gym -
body balance (1hr)
zumba (1hr)
 
breakfast - banana on toast with cinnamon and sugar (0.5 syn)

snack - orange, activia yoghurt

lunch - leftover spaghetti carbonara

snack - banana, apple

dinner - chicken and potato curry with salad.

snack - orange, apple

water - 1.5 litre
 
Breakfast - bacon, fried egg, beans, mushrooms and 1 slice of nimble

snack - 2 apples

lunch - warm cajun chicken cous cous salad

snack - apple

dinner - chicken wrapped in bacon, philadelphia cheese, cajun wedges with loads of veg

snack - alpen light

breakfast - alpen light x2, melon, banana

snack - melon, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, orange - fruit salad

lunch - ham and cous cous salad

dinner - spaghetti bolognaise

snack - fruit salad

snack - fruit salad - orange, blueberries, melon, grapes, strawberries

lunch - baked potato with cheese and beans with large salad

dinner - homemade burgers, salad and onions with balsamic vinegar

Dinner - sticky chilli chicken, rice sugar snap and salad

Gym - body pump and swimming
 
Hi..well done on ur 3.5lb weight loss,im on my second week too,finding keeping these food diaries very helpful. Im on the same route as you with the excercise too,thinking itl give me a kick start! Hope you have another good week x
