Im not a big fan of cereals but if i have to eat it i tend to use as my Healthy Extra B - Are puffed wheat (Morrisons own) an option on EE For Healthy Extra B?

Hope someone can put me right !

Yes they are, I think it's 30grms, but would need to double check that.

I just tried adding it as a heb to my food diary to double check for you Hun and its defo 35g. X
