Puggso_32 - *CLOSED*

Well the drinks were going to be expensive so 5 of us have chipped in for a double bedroom room. May be a case of sleep where you land!

And I really liked SATC. Not as funny as the TV version but some very funny and sweet moments. However I really felt the Louise character was very unnecessary for the film...but meh one wee blip!

ahhh come on. she was carrie's little lift. although i thought she was a bit harsh on big... hmm. absolutely loving the hardcore porn moment between miranda and steve towards the end of the movie. talking of satc, it's on now on paramount comedy. double bill! woopdedooo!

Jesus...can barely type but - minus voddies and coke or diet coke - i have a subway and nothing else. Wooooooooooooo

Woooo!

:D

would probably have been better, and this is just an educated guess, if it had been less alcohol more food:p lol. sounds like you've had an ace time! good on you:) meanwhile ive binged on chocolate and bread today... hmmm. niiiiiiiiiite x

Well it's been very quiet around here.

Yesterday was me fighting my 2 day-drinking hangover. It's not the worst hangover I have had but not the best either (is there such a thing?!). I was invited to a party last night but didn't go, my wee brother went and still isn't home. Reckon after the couple days I have had I wouldn't have lasted that!

Subcrawls are immense. Well seeing as we weren't sober when we started it always new it would be something special. I can't remember much about the last stop or getting to Glasgow Central station, or the train, or the walk home. I did post on here though so I am very impressed :D

So this week the parents and youngest brother are away camping. Just myself and middle child - who still aint home! - so fending for ourselves. Well to be fair in the past that meant big changes as I had to cook etc...nowadays I do my own cooking anyway so should be ok.

...might have to do some cleaning though...bugger!

Just wanted to say hi puggso. Been having a little read of your diary because I was curious how a man is coping with dieting etc, having read quite a few ladies diaries, I thought it might be an interesting comparison.

You are certainly very disciplined with your calorie counting, good for you, and you must like Crackerbread to be able to eat it so often which is great you found something you like.

I like you new approach to the scales issue, I decided I wasn't going to jump on them all the time today as well. I will visit the doctor once a month for a weigh-in. Better plan, I hope it works for you. ;)

Well just want to say good luck with your weight-loss I am sure with your careful counting you will keep losing those pounds and get to where you want to be.

Hey...thanks a lot. I honestly don't know if being a guy makes much of a difference, at the end of the day we all try and all have our successes and failures during it. Mind you being a guy I tend to keep it more a secret to my friends and that...something I reckon women wouldn't do as much.

And yeah I'm thinking the scales idea should be good. Will be interesting. It means any big events (such as last weekends) wont affect me if they are not shown up as after a heavy weekend or something when checking the scales to see the damage can be so demoralising. So reckon this should work.

I'll be checking your diary!

Oh and so far today

4 crackerbread and butter - 100
4 crackerbread and cheese - 100

Went out a walk with a mate, lack of calories in me wasn't helping much...so to Tesco and a couple of cans of diet kick seemed to perk me up again :D

Tea time

2 popadoms - 50

char sui pork - 464
crackerdread and cheesespread - 100

Hi Puggso

About 10 days ago I asked my hubby to hide our scales as I was weighing every morning! I have decided just to weigh in once a month (the last day of each month) I've actually felt quite liberated & feel less like I'm trying to lose weight just eating b'coz I need it for fuel!!

I'm on Atkins (really works for me) but I do miss having my cheese on crackerbread... ooooohhhh your diary has got me thinking about them now!

My scales aren't hidding..but that is a great idea. Gonna get my wee brother to do that when he gets in :D

Yesterday was a good eating day, wasn't in much hence never wrote it all down. Went to a mates to watch some Skins and as they all ate the chinese they had ordered I had Birdseye Chicken Tikka steam thing I had brought with me :)
