I'm a newbie and doing ww myself so please feel free to giv me tips, advice or tell me when i'm wrong.I will update my post troughout the day or plan it in advance, i'm on 22pts a day.
Day 1:
Breakfast - 1 Slice of wholemeal with 1 tsp of vitalite 2pts
Muller light fat free 1.5
Lunch - 2 slices of wholemeal 2pts
2 poached eggs 2.5pts
ww beans 2pts
dijon mustard 0pts
Snack - 150g strawberries 0.5 pts
Tea - med jacket potato 2.5pts
Tuna 70g 1pt
mayonaise light 1.5pts
Sweetcorn 4tbsp 1pt
1 tsp of vitalite 1pt
Snack - 150g strawberries 0.5pts
2slices of toast with ww jam 3pts
Total= 21pts
Points saved= 1pt
