    Baked beans and mushrooms
    250 ml SS milk HE A (to be used in drinks throughout the day)
    Coffee

    (Ah ha, was supposed to be mushroom omlette, but we'd run out of eggs).

    Lunch

    Potato Salad, green beans, sweetcorn. Dressed with fat free vinagrette.

    Snack

    Ryvita Mini's (HE B)

    Dinner

    Quorn Spag Bol
    Muller Light
    28 g Cheddar (HE B)

    Snack

    Alpen Light Bar (3 syns)

    Bowl of homemade potato/onion & sweetcorn chowder
    Small wholemeal roll (HexB)
    1 tsp butter (2 syns)

    Dinner
    1 egg
    Baked Beans
    SW chips
    Curly Wurly (6.5 syns)

    Exercise
    20 mins of toddler walking and 10 mins playing on the swings!

    Stir fry veg pack - egg noodles.
    1/2 portion of Blude Dragon Sezchuan Stir in Sauce (4 syns)
    3 digestive biccies (10.5)

    I started last week, befor my first WI today. Slimming world scales weighed me slightly heavier than my home scales, but still lost 1 1/2 lbs (actually probably some more, but I'm going to use SW scales from here on out as I'm a bit of a scale abuser - so they're going up in the loft).

    Fryed egg, toms, mushrooms, 2 slices nimble brow bread (1 HexB)
    250 mls semi skimmed milk for drinks (HexA)

    Lunch

    Today was a bit of a blip day, friends of mine were being handfasted so we had buffet feast. Filled up on salad and pasta but had naughty nibbles of pastry, cheese and cake. But it's a one off and the Gods' made me do it. So just back to plan from now on.

    Had a very 'over emotional' day yesterday, snacked a lot more than I usually do, but snacking on slighlty less crap food so don't think I came too over syns budget.
