I started last week, befor my first WI today. Slimming world scales weighed me slightly heavier than my home scales, but still lost 1 1/2 lbs (actually probably some more, but I'm going to use SW scales from here on out as I'm a bit of a scale abuser - so they're going up in the loft).

Today was a bit of a blip day, friends of mine were being handfasted so we had buffet feast. Filled up on salad and pasta but had naughty nibbles of pastry, cheese and cake. But it's a one off and the Gods' made me do it. So just back to plan from now on.
