Question on CD 790

    Hi - just wondering how much damage will I do, if I occasionally substituted my protein source for something not listed - say - had a small piece of salmon or a small can of sardines instead - absolutely hate cottage cheese, quorn & tofu, and I know I'm going to get sick of eating chicken all the time. I prefer oily fish to white?

    My honest advice is stick to the recommended things in your book on page 8, anything else could be risking your hunger and weight loss.

    Don't forget you can now have tuna steaks as well as white fish such as monkfish so it isn't just chicken??
