Question on herbs

I'm new to this forum but have already found lots of good info.

I know I can have herbs and spices but do you know if this includes fresh herbs or just the dried store cupboard type? If love to add some fresh parsley or coriander to the meals if I can.

I only use dried but I'm sure fresh will be fine. If I have had any unanswered questions I've been using Google and Atkins diet forums x
I tend to use chilli mainly and mixed herbs! I don't really like the meals I tend to stick to bars shakes and pancakes now, don't mind the curry. How much have you lost so far x
