quick question about ketosis

i have two big nights out coming up one the end of may for my ten year wedding anniversary and one the end of june for my birthday now i would like to have a drink as both are special occasions but im just wondering how long do i have to refeed to be totally out of ketosis?

I think from reading other posts it varies from person to person. Some people are knocked out of ketosis by having one meal with carbs, others need to eat some carbs each day for around 4 days before the night out so it really does depend....
I think I will have pasta salads for three days before then have high carb on the day x
