Race for Life

Signed up for the race for life 5K - Which means lots of training , which aswell should help the weightloss !

So day 1 of training starts today !

I am also doing the 30 day challenge - Squats, arms & abs

Power walking everywhere aswell !

Is anyone else doing the race for life ? or started the 30day squat challenge ??

im doing it the 3rd year in a row, and my mums 2nd year in a row :)


a few of my work friends are doing it aswell but are walking it as a group, me and mum are running it :)

mines the 16th of june in preston, whens yours?
