raisin bake syns pls . I'm a pig

I just had a raisin bake pastry from sainsburys. It had raisins, icing and a cherry on top. Any idea pls syn wise even a rough guess please. X
 
Do you mean these?

Sainsbury's Danish Raisin Whirls x2 If so then 21 syns :(

just look at the calories for things like this, if you can find it, as no free food allowance, so will be 1 syn for every 20 calories

Omg. I could of had something much nicer than that. Thank you for that. I am going out for a Chinese tomorrow too. Not a good week syn wise for me. X
 
There are many things that can make things high in syns, high sugar, fat and saturated fat (which are all super bad for you in large amounts) can all push the count up higher. It's all about changing your attitude towards foods like this, they're supposed to be a treat not part of our everyday diets x
