Re-introducing exercise

Ok so it's now only 4 weeks until my holiday and ive upped my goal for then. I want to tone up as I'm feeling wobbly albeit smaller, but still wobbly. I font want to look wobbly on holiday and am going to start introducing some exercise. I went gym regularly before cd and am itching to get back. I've booked the following: yoga, pilates and aqua aerobics for next week at the gym. I've specifically chosen lighter/toning classes. Do you think this will be ok/ affect my losses?

you are simlar weight to me hun and i'm in a simlar boat think its time for me to add in exercise again. i tried before and stopped losing weight but i need to tone up now so if i get no lose and tone up thats ok.

Yep I feel te same! I'll definitely exercise Inc I reach goal so I may aswell start now. At the end of the day, it's fine to have a target number but I'd rather br toned and slim than slim and wobbly. If it takes is a bit longer to get there, who cares? At least we'll have lovely toned bodies and healthy hearts haha x
