Re-starting for the final time, this is it!!!!

That's good news :) lets see what a full week does :)
 
Breakfast today was buckwheat flakes, multi seed mix, banana, mixed linseed with sesame seeds, cranberries and blueberries and manuka honey.

Breakfast was late so didn't have lunch. Tea was mackerel, salad, mushrooms in philadelphia simply stir sauce, new potatoes and 2 slices of low fat cheese and 2 slices of hovis nimble wholemeal bread. Tasty!!

If I have anything later it will be natural yogurt with multi seeds or linseed mix.
