Reasons to be cheerful?

Reasons to be cheerful! What a fabulous thread. I like the slimpodsters doing their 3 things daily to be grateful for.

I am cheerful that:
- I have lost a couple of stone in 5 weeks
- I am enjoying eating allowed salad
- My trousers are loose - some so loose they are dangerous to wear cos they trail on the floor.

Reasons to be cheerful:
- My little dog feels so much better
- I'm feeling energetic and engaged in my new business - and got a great new lead today. I'm meeting the prospect on Saturday.
- I've sorted out a load of old towels and got them out of the house (vacpacked them for the garage as DH thinks he'll use them as rags.....)
- feeling virtuous as I've done the prep for meeting the lawyer tomorrow so we can re-write our wills now the nieces and nephews are old.
 
I am cheerful that

* I have almost lost what I put on the last 2 years in a month.

* I feel more confident

* finally feel in control

* have dropped 2 dress sizes in 4 weeks

* my husband noticed my loss today
