    Morning all,

    hope you are all well.

    todays menu looks like this

    breakfast 2 x weetabix

    snack fruit ( strawberries , raspberries, blueberries and banana )

    turkey salad

    chilli con carne left over from yesterday with spicy wedges potato from b choice

    30 mins zumba at gym.
