Red Days: Stewed steak?

I've see some posts about tesco stewed steak which seems to be the lowest syns, but they just said tesco and they do 2 stewed steak tins! Is it the smart price or normal tesco one?? Or if stow knows of at for free...!! Thanks!!

It is the normal tesco one which is free
M&S stewed steak is also free
I know this is right on red so I assume it will be extra easy to but it's worth checking
