I will weigh in Saturday, not sure if I will have lost this week because I was out for a friends birthday and drank wwaaaayyy too many woo woo's haha. Then of course fast food at silly o clock in the morning :S
I had a really good loss last week though so if i stay the same I will be happy. Hoping to average 2lb a week, anything extra is a bonus
Cooked myself today ' stroganoff'... i fried up mushrooms, onions and sliced chicken (HEB), added a splash a milk and a dollap of low fat sweet chilli philli....served with potato and veg. Mmmm really enjoyed it!
