Hi All
im starting refeed on friday, looking forward to eating again.
Any recipes for chicken or fish will be great if anybody has any.
When it said tuna what size tin is it ?

Try chicken, you can do this with fish too, ground some garlic, dried or fresh parsely, chinese five spice and some lemon juice. Rub it all in and leave it to marinade for a few hours, or even over night which is more effective.

Any tin of tuna is fine as long as it's in spring water or brine. No oil of any kind what so ever. It's best, I think, to get tuna chunks or flakes. Not sure about tuna steak, but I'm sure it's fine too.

I eat a whole (drained) tin of tuna in spring water (Jess doesn't get a look in!!!) when I have a salad. It's not done me any harm!!

Good luck for refeed.

I marinade my chicken in chinese 5 spice, garlic, soy sauce lite then grill it on the George Forman or wrap it in a little foil and bake in the oven.
