Hi, i resigned from work on the 14th May due to being abused by my MD and another manager. I have worked for the company for 15 years and held a very high position.
You need to raise a greviance to the personnel department you have 12 weeks to do this, just say what has happened and inform them it is a step one greviance. Don't let anybody get away with treating you badly if you don't do something you will regret it. If you need any help give me a comment.
Best of luck if your anything like me you will blame yourself which is what they want, be strong and stand up for yourself will be thinking about you xxx
