    :wave_cry: Ok weighed in this morning and my few weeks of going it alone have resulted in me gaining a whopping 11.5lbs!!! :eek::break_diet:

    So today I e-start Exante. Got my packs, orderd the 50 boxes of vanilla, banana and veg soup so I'm set up for the next 50 days. :)

    How much do you think I could shift in 7 weeks? Would like to think could budge 2 stone +, would like to shift the lot but realistically don't think poss and don't want to set myself up to fail again.

    All support welcomed.

    Good luck with your re-start.
    2 stone in 7 weeks could be possible as exante say 1 stone a month and most people lose a nice chunk in the first week.

    Yeah good luck you could get 2 stone if you were 100%
    But why not aim for 1stone 7 or 1stone 10 then if you hit 2 you'll be thrilled rather than disappointed if you hit hit say 1stone 12 :)

    yep - its doable, if you stick to it 100% you can bank on a stone a month and a bonus extra week 1

    Good luck, its such fun when you get down to where you want to be.

    Day 1, 100% total solution.
    Been busy all day, so took my mind off of food.
    Have drunk loads, mainly tea(with skimmed milk, can't stand it black)
    Brunch - Banana shake
    Tea - Veg Soup
    Supper - Toffee, nut and raisin bar (last one, left over from last time, didn't enjoy it, so glad that i've not got any more)

    Day 4 and back into the swing of things.
    Tend to have first pack around 12, 2nd about 4.30 and last about 8pm.
    Probably drinking too much tea (with skimmed milk), but its too cold for water all the time.

    previously lost 2st in 8wks, off plan for 6wks 1/2 back on.
