Returning item to shop no receipt

I bought my son the Elefun butterfly game from Asda before Xmas. When he opened it there were no butterflies or nets in the box.

The box was sealed so I'm not sure if I take it back to Asda or write to the company.

I also can't find the receipt so not sure if Asda will exchange it.

Advice please x

I've taken things back to Asda fine and they were really good about, I believe if you have no reciept they can only offer exchange but definately take it back to the shop first x

I would take it to the customer service desk first. Asda are pretty good with returns. If they say no then you can write x
