Rice

Hi guys

Ccan you tell me if its ok to use Batchelors (or any other make) Savory Rice.

I love it with chicken chopped up in it hot or cold but dont want to go there if its not allowed!

Most of the batchelors ones are free or very low syn on EE and green. The exact values for batchelors and other brand can be found on a sticky in the syns sub forum.
