Hi i dont know where to put this, i have put it in the general area but think its better off here, has anybody ever tried workout dvds like rip 60, it seems to have good results and you can do it in your home, im thinking of doing a low calorie diet and this workout dvd for 8 weeks and see what results i get, also there was a bit of a mess up with my order and ended up getting extra so have put them on ebay cheaper than what you can get them, if you would like to me to send you the link just ask its £75, i would put the link up but dont know if thats aloud, thanks
