thanks all for the support back to work in the morning up at 520 boo lol but glad to get back in a routine back to the gym too . and thanks hope you all are doing well
 
bacon abd eggs ror breaky and goats cheese and salad for lunch with a bit of mayo hope the goats cheese is ok not checked the carbs
 
Goats cheese will be fine Roger - but try and limit to 25g / 30g... :)
 
Might be worth investing in a cheap kitchen scales at some point.. I try and weigh things when I'm in the mood... :)

Well done on the loss - you're doing great! I love a bit of baked goat's cheese, with chicken that's been rubbed in ras el hanout and fried, layered up on sauteed cabbage - scrumptious :)
