back on plan today
b - fibre plus bar and a banana
l - tuna, supernoodles and a jacket
d - spag bol, with lots of veg
 
morning,
b - weetabix banana, milk - hexa and b
l - jacket spud, tomatoes, chicken, cottage cheese packet of skips 5 syns i believe
d - pork steak, savory rice, roasted veg

damn got ambushed by wine gums ooops back to it tomorrow

half off this week am pleased
treat night yesterday back on it today

b - 3 weetabix (hexa and b and 3 syns)
l - jacket, cottage cheese, chicken, tomatoes
d - home made burgers, roll (6 syns) jacket, coleslaw 5 syns (over estimate but better safe than sorry) and salad
 
b- porridge (5syns) milk hex a(half hex a) and a banana
l - 2 slices wholemeal 400g loaf - hexb, scrambled eggs, half hex a cheese, tomatoes, red onions and bacon
d - beef stew with lots of sf vegmmmmmmm
 
damn. had a cereal bar 6 syns, 2 small dumplings approx 8 syns, and a muller corner 6 syns.

l - left over stew
d - home made nandos chicken skin removed - no syns, savory rice, salad
dessert muller light and pineapple and melon
 
so need to write it down at home as wellas on here, 'assumed' i had not had any syns last night so had a magnum 13 syns so guess what am over again

b - melon, pineapple, muller light
l - left over lasagne 3 syns
d - spag bol, cheese hexa lots of veg in it.
pudding - muller light
 
yesterday
b - banana
l - jacket, vff cottage cheese, ham,
d - chicken pasta loads of veg
dessert /snacks options 3 syns, muller greek corner 6 (i thin the honey one)

Today
b - cereal bar (need to go to tesco) jordans crunchy 7 syns, banana, and yog
l - jacket, tomatoes, cottage cheese, chicken
d - out so not sure but either thin restaurant pizza or pasta. going to either bella pasta or zizzi - not my choice.

not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow. all my ow fault but no motivation at the moment really want to just skip going but have paid so will go see the damage

well mojo is kind of gone. put on a pound this week (thought it would be about 3) will still have treat nite which will be 30 syns so 70 left for the week

lunch - tomatoes, chicken, onion, couscous
d - sausages 9 sns, small yorkshier 3 syns, gravy 1 syn and magnum 13
 
huni did you know that aunt bessies yorkshires (the pack of 12 ones) are 1 syn each? You could save a few syns there!

1lb is good if you expected worse. Now is the time to thank the WI fairies that it wasnt worse and get back on track to ensure you dont suffer the same disappointment next week!

d - mash, veg, 1 pork chop (150g) so 1 1/2 hex b so using both hex b, yorkshire 3 syns, gravy 1syn
 
oops naughty weekend vibe hit me had a morrisons version of magnum 14 syns but was worth it

tomrrow green day again
b- oats so simple (6syns) banana, milk
l - jacket spud, beans, 42 g low fat chedder hex a
d - chicken 2xhexb, mash, parsnip, brocoli, cabbage, carrot

gonna make up some jelly so 1/2 syns for that. fingers crossed i can stay away from the rest of the food around lol

did not do jelly so had grapefruit and yogurt for dessert yesterday also had a hot choc @ 5 syns

b - fruisilli bar 5.5 syns, yogurt and banana
l - couscous, tomato, peppers, cucumber, chicken
d- chicken, pasta, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, onions 42g low fat cheese (hexa)
dessert probably another grapefruit and yogurt
