yay 3.5 off tonight am rather chuffed. have set myself a challenge for 3 for next week to get my shiny 2.5stone award.

Morning all
not a bad day - gonna be all nerdy and play pc games this morning and then 'support' my dh and watch wimbledon finals with him YAWN

oh pants had a bit of a bad day 6 syns for half a cider and 9.5 for a cornetto (asda one) so hoping i have lost tomorrow.

rubbish day today - worked out monday and tuesday had 40 syns and today i have had

l - 3 hard boiled eggs, chicken, salad and coleslaw 2 syns
snack m&s mallow biscuit thing (like tunnocks ones) 4 syns
d - steak, oven chips 5 syns and pepper sauce 3 syns

oooh now i work it out am not that much over as i worked out that due to being rubbish last 2 days i have 13 a day so only had 14 today. sticking to 10 tomorrow, 5 friday, have a chinese sat so having boiled rice and beef and mushroom 4.5syns and then very much back on track
 
been offline for a couple of days, and kind of ok with syns (who am i kidding) am writing off this week as a bad mkood and hoping that i have only maintained.

Went to flicks yesterday no snacks v good
came home had 2 giant rolo cookies from morrisons then some chinese.

Roast dinner today made the sw way only syns are my small yorkshire pud.

hi all well naughty weekend but was away so not looking forward to weigh in.

well half a pound on so rather ok with that

been good today yesterday had 14 syns, today my full 15 and really enjoyed my food today. just writing in a diary in my filofax my syns and my hexs
 
oh dear so i am slipping into the unknown(known again) well I have tried to be good have definately had my syns. Things a bit rough for me at the moment so am concentrating on being happy and not eating too much. crohns giving me a bit of pain at moment but alternating what i eat so not too much pain.

Back to writing proper diary from now tho

d - lasagne 11.5 syns for the sauce, 5 for the oven chips, and 6 for the cheese. Need some hug on a plate today.

back to it properly tomorrow, i know i keep saying it lol but one day i may even believe myself, totally understandable if people out there give up on me and dont believe me as i keep on saying it!!!!
 
Hi Ronnie - I believe you hun, you will be back to plan before you know it, you just need to find your sparkle again thats all.

You've done brilliantly well, why not go and try on the drawer full of *too small* clothes and see if they are fitting better, I do this when I'm feeling rubbish and it always motivates me.

Try some new recipes and plan, plan, plan. It's hard to go off plan if you know exactly what you're eating (and got ingredients in fridge) for the week.

You've done brilliantly well so far, you're over half way to target too you lucky thing!!! xx
