hi guys well a good weekend had by all, - celebrating as handed notice in on friday, but still been a bit of a good girl - birthday tomorrow so flexi day lol

i will eventually lose my weight but taking the scenic route

b - grapefruit, mueller light
l - 3 slices ww wholemeal (hex b and 3 syns) tin baked beans
d - beef stew lots of veg and 2 teeny home made dumplings 9 syns so 12 for the day.
 
Hi all well am ressurecting this thread have been rubbish.... am restarting today. have put on 7.25lbs in nearly 2 weeks which brings me back to having lost a total of 1st 1/2 lb. (had been 2.3stone at one point) taking it seriously now as I cant afford to go every week but cant afford to get fatter!!!!

EE days
b - banana, and shape ff yogurt
l - scrambled eggs, bacon, tomatoes, 2 slices wholemeal from 400 g loaf
d - mince, tomatoes, pasta, mushrooms, spaghetti pasta
snack - melon and pineapple
 
ee
elevenses bar 13syns (waiting for shopping grrr)
lunch tuna roll hex b, laughing cow light hex a
dinner - pork, sw mash, raost parsnip, carrots, brocolli, gravy 2 syns. and fruit for dessert mmmm
 
b - 2 weetabix, milk (6 syns)
l - couscous, seafood sticks, salad veg, feta hex b
d - spag bol and fruit
