Wed 25th May

B -Half a grapefruit and muesli.

L -Chicken caesar wrap.

S -Double choc cookie. (slap my wrists)

D -Chicken curry, naan, mango chutney and a handful of cashews.
 
Sun 29th May

B -Half a grapefruit and Hot Oat Krumbly

L -Thai chicken soup

S -Handful of mixed nuts and raisins

D -Penne with meatballs

S -Apple cake


Not been doing well recently, been eating more than I should, not sure why and I can't seem to snap myself out of it. Going to try my hardest, the last thing I want is to put the weight back on.
 
Mon 30th May

B -Half a grapefruit and muesli.

L -Chicken and orzo soup.

S -Handful of cashew nuts and a handful of tropical fruit granola.

D -Burger and wedges.
 
Tue 31st May

B -Half a grapefruit and Hot Oat Krumbly

L -Cheddar and coleslaw wrap and a potato salad roll

S -Apple cake and a crust of light rye bread with olive spread

D -Sweet and sour chicken with rice noodles

Still can't kick my case of the munchies today.:(
 
I've not been sticking to plan and been feeling really unmotivated, but this weekend I tried my bridesmaid dress on and it's starting to feel tight. This has been a major wakeup call for me and I feel I have regained my determination and motivation.

Tue 7th June

B -Half a grapefruit and porridge.

L -Lentil and red pepper soup with a slice of light rye bread.

S -Handful of mixed nuts and raisins.

D -Spiced salmon with puy lentils, mint yogurt and salad leaves.
 
Wed 8th June

B -Half a grapefruit and muesli

L -Tomato soup and a slice of light rye bread

D -Italian style chicken burgers and potato wedges
 
Thu 9th June

B -Blueberries with natural yogurt, oats, sunflower seeds and mixed nuts.

L -Tomato and basil soup with a slice of light rye bread.

S -Two handfuls of cherries.

D -Basil and lemon chickpeas with mackerel and salad leaves.
 
Fri 10th June

B -Blueberries with natural yogurt and muesli.

L -Tomato and basil soup with a slice of light rye bread.

S -Two handfuls of strawberries and one handful of cherries.

D -Tuna and mushroom penne.
 
Sat 11th June

B -Half a grapefruit and Kelloggs Hot Oat Krumbly.

L -M&S pastrami sandwich.

D -Sicilian-style sausages with fennel and tomatoes with salad leaves.

Hi, I don't mind you asking. I currently weigh 9st 3lbs, but started a few years ago at 11st 4lbs (or was it 7lbs, I can't remember now!) but that has been over about two years. So it's slow process but I think it's the most realistic way to loose weight.
 
Sun 12th June

L -Tuna, tomato and basil on a ciabatta roll.

S -Fruit and nut cereal bar and a handful of strawberries.

D -Thai green chicken curry with rice and sweetcorn and mangetout.

B -Half a grapefruit and Keloggs Hot Oat Krumbly.


L -Tomato and three bean soup.


D -Spinach and pesto fusilli.


Ammendment- just treated myself to an M&S low fat chocolate mousse.

The hot oat stuff is a breakfast cereal from Keloggs, available in all good supermarkets. (do you think I could get paid for promoting it?!)

At the moment the soups are all bought, I do sometimes make my own soups but I have been buying them ready made at the moment for convenience.

 
Tue 14th June

L -Chicken and spring vegtable soup with two slices of soda bread.

S -Two handfuls of mixed nuts and raisins.

D -Mediterranean chicken with roasted vegtables.
 
Arghh, got the munchies today! :mad:

Wed 15th June

B -Half a grapefruit and porridge.

S -Several handfuls of tropical fruit granola.

L -Chicken and spring vegtable soup with a slice of soda bread.

S -A piece of apple and sultana loaf.

D -Parmesan chicken with new potatoes, spinach and peas.

(and a few pieces of cheese while making the dinner!)
 
I have fallen off the wagon today. I feel really annoyed with myself after having such a strong resolve a week and a bit ago. I think maybe limiting myself so much has caused me to fail. :( (parhaps a treat a day will keep the demons away!)
 
Right, realised I can't do this without some chocolate occasionally! It's not so healthy eating, but I think it's the best way for me to approach this now.

Fri 17th June

B- Half a grapefruit and muesli.

L- Chicken and stuffing sandwich.

D- Broccoli lemon chicken with rice noodles. A piece of rocky road.
