Prin sossie, I NEVER do green days! I could quite happily live without most of the green foods, and if I fancy peas, parsnips, pots, then I do EE so I can combine them with my "red" food!

Well, a different food diary today, as after I left off work on Fri I went to Skegnes for the weekend!
Only been back an hour and already my clothes are wizzing round the wash-chine!
So here is a list of what I ate while I was away!
Fish and chips
2x candy floss
bacon butty-with butter!!!!!
Pizza
white bread
cheese
1x toffee apple.........etc, etc!
So I am quite prepared for a gain this week, it's just how much!
Am back on plan tomorrow!
 
Lucky, lucky me!!! No gain, in fact a 2.5lb loss! Going to be extra vigilant tho', just to make sure there are no gains next week!
