Hi Ruth, hope you don't mind me dropping by your diary, just had a look through and i think its awesome you worked so hard to earn activity points to make up for going over instead of giving up! Also you do look slim in that picture- i think you carry your weight really well because of your lovely tall frame! i am quite short so the pounds really show on me! ah well! :)

I used to cheat on other eating plans I did and I'd much rather give it all I've got this time! I'm 21 in August and can't fit into the dress I want! I just want to feel nice for it and hopefully ill be ok :)

I see your in your fifth week :) I can't see it stats because I'm on my phone! How's it all going for you on pro points?

It's going really well thanks, this is the first diet i can see me ever maintaining long term! i had done old style ww a few times before and always lost but given up - i am an all or nothing kind of person so if i went out for a meal or anything before i'd just give up! those weeklies are a godsend! :) that's why i really admire your attitude and determination to carry on!! :)
i might start my own diary soon to keep me motivated!

Aww thanks ruth...i don't have a huge amount left to lose but it feels like hard work as i really really love my food!! and the extra pounds make me feel uncomfortable and self conscious! want to feel good for summer :)to get to 9st 9lb is my realistic goal...i still won't be skinny, i'll be a comfortable size 12 :) i may increase my goal after that because to be in a healthy bmi i could be as low as 8st7lb!! if i was that light there would be nothing left of me though..so who knows! i will be more than happy with size 12 :) May start my diary tonight so can get to know you all better :) have a good day!x

Im good thanks!!

Exhausted- been running around since 10am- had some training sessions at work and now have a 8.5 hr shift to do too :(
Got 3APs already though hee hee!!!
Im a lone worker so dont get a break and couldnt go home!!!
So its fruit fruit fruit!!! Thank God I put a WW Ready meal in the fridge at work :)
