So, I got through this week! Phew, went into work today and i was really nervous but....one of managers was like 'you look SO well.....have you lost weight?' and i was like 'yes, yes I have'(no better feeling) and then I found out they want me to work tomorrow and sunday (don't know how relieved i am to start and get a routine) and seemed really glad to see me. I know that I might get miserable there, but it's better than being miserable sitting staring at the wall at home. I am just going to work hard!!! (exercise up and down those stairs and up and down to screens...even on retail you are on your feet all day!!) popped in and watched Taken while I was there - very good!! Feeling so much better.
Bonus for the exercise eh!! It's great when people notice isnt it
As microwave meals go, I have found the best cottage pie...it's the sainsburys own for £1. it's 4 1/2 points and tastes much better than the WW one! So nice. Had that today. It's 6.00pm and I have 10 points left (wasn't planning for cinema trip and in a panic bought a flump and freddo lol...it's nice knowing that even in situations like that there is something that i can have!) so going to have a custard doughnutthey are really the best. 3 points.

Gym was great!!! sweated like a pig lol. I even did some yoga in the evening ...i got the 'yoga for dummies' dvd. certainly was made for me...fell over like 30 times trying to do the tree one. i don't do balance. but going to keep at it!! holding those poses..sweat pouring off...i felt like i had just got off treadmill!!
Now that I am 'busy'...or busier..can plan my gym trips and get into a routine. CAN'T WAIT!!
Glad things are better for you at the moment! And wow, check you out with the Yoga. Can't say im any good at the Tree one and i end up falling over laughing at myself but it's all fun!

Found it on a different map......well found a + sign..and I'm guessing that's the church centre. And i think i know where i walked past it. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I'm thinking to hold out till next Saturday. I want to get into the habit of saturday morning, but am going to have a walk up to find it before i go. lol. crazy morning.
work was ok! i still feel a tad uncomfotable in my odeon top although it's MUCH better. need to keep goingGym on wednesday morning! Planned!

-got woken up by strange noise outside (half asleep)...decided to get up and see what was going on and went over to kitchen area and stubbed my toes very hard on the scales I had left sitting out! Half ripped off nail and well...OUCH! So yeah, won't be getting the scales out in the evening again ! LOL!

Mine are evil too! Funny that!!! They weigh me about 7 stone heavier than i want to be LOL (thats my favourite joke!) x

Sometimes food is just an enemy. I hate worrying about it every day. Just haven't been busy today and my whole day has revolved around food and it's just made me unhappy. I just feel really fat and scared that i'm putting weight back on. I got till Sat to turn it around.
Do you need a hobby? Something to keep your mind and hands busy and stop you eating? I make cards - I've made about 40 different Christmas cards in the last couple of weeks and I take them to work and sell them for charity. It uses a different part of my brain than my day job so I find it relaxing and it's hard to manhandle a chocolate chip cookie when you're covered in spray mount.
