anyone know the value of these. cant get into the sw site as i am at work, but for some reason can get onto minimins. this is a 54.5 gram packet and you just add boiling water. i have a feeling the morrisons version is free or very low syns but would like to find out if the sainsburys one is before i use it!

sorry for being thick but never understand when it says dried then made up as directed,does it mean if i measure out 100g dry then pour the water into that it will be 4 syns??????

Dried is the product description and the syns are for the made up as directed product
