Hi all, i'm on the IPD and am wondering about salt, is it ok to have salt?? Obviously in small quantities but i haven't read about it anywhere in the book so am a little confused on this one.

Also, when people are snacking on nuts, are they plain nuts or salted??? Which nuts are best for low carb?? This morning i had about 7 unsalted/plain cashews with my cold meats/cheese/european breakfast!

Shell, if you are drinking loads of water then some salt intake will be needed, that plus some vitamin substitutes.
