    Hiya!

    I thought I'd start a diary over here to motivate myself to carry on. If I have to actually write what I've eaten it may stop me from going for the chocolate all the time :p

    I'm on a doctor-approved 1100-1300 calorie a day die
    t (due to my frame/height and depending on my activity level - I reccomend seeing your Dr for a calorie plan as it will be tailored specifically for you) and I've lost a stone so far :)D!!)

    So, here's diary numero uno:

    Breakfast: Oats So Simple Porridge (Sweetened - my sweet tooth is uncontrolable!): 265 calories

    Snack: Banana: 72 calories

    I'm about to eat lunch: 1 can of tuna, 2 chopped tomatoes, half a can of sweetcorn and half a tablespoon of Helmann's Light Mayo: 259 calories

    My exercise plan for the day is:

    30 minutes interval on treadmill (3 mins running, 2 mins walking etc)

    60 minues on the Wii Fit

    200 stomach-crunches

    12 minutes interval training (the workout I do is amazing! I found it on youtube - the link is here:

    I'll check back later with calories burnt/snacks/dinner plans etc :)

    P.M. Snack: Muller Light (Vanilla) yoghurt: 95 Calories

    Dinner: Grilled chicken, pepper, onion, garlic, sweetcorn and tomato, and couscous: 458 Calories

    Total for today: 1149 :)

    Exercise: 20 minute jog (had to stop early - we had a powercut :(), 60 minutes on the Wii, 200 stomach-crunches, and 12 minutes interval training. Approx. 800 calories burnt :D
