I am having a good day today, although struggling with getting water down today. Shows what a good day I am having as I sat at the table with Mick and Jacob as they ate their spag bol and there was me with my toffee and walnut shake lol! :sigh:

Am going to make the truffles later and watch Casino Royale - truffles and Daniel Craig in his swimming shorts - yum yum!!

Hello and welcome to Day 9!!

I'm feeling soooo hungry but am not tempted to cheat...just keep downing the water!

Went to my Mum's this morning and made her some angel (not angle!) delight....thing is I made it with water!!! Der!! I was mixing it and it suddenly dawned on me that it wasn't a CD shake!! Had to throw it away and make a new one....with milk!

How are you getting on Sarah?

Sorry not been about, ssing gone to pot at the moment, been having really stressful time at work as think someones thieving and as Im in charge im killing myself having to watch everyone like a hawk!! Unfortunately its made me seek comfort in food for last 2 days but ive spent all day today puting a plan together with my area manager and think ive got my end of things sorted so fingers crossed can give tomorrow a good go!!

Sorry to hear you've had a bad couple of days Work sounds like a nightmare I've been in a similar situation before, and it's horrid, I couldnn't help suspecting everyone, even friends! Luckily mine turned out to be nothing, owner had popped by and taken some cash out of the safe, he didn't leave a note or tell anyone What a prize pratt:crazy: I hope you're situation gets sorted soon.

Thanks Tracey, unfortunately today hasnt got any better and my deputy manager has today told me shes filling for bankruptcy, in my heart im sure she hasnt got anything to do with the problems but I must admit I am at the stage of trust no one but its stressing me big time and Im turning to food. Ive put loads of security measures in place today and same planned for tomorrow so fingers crossed nothing else will go!!

Internal corruption is so stressful to deal with.
But it isn't your fault,even though the job of trying to sort it out has been given to you.
I hope I'm not talking out of turn but I was just wondering if there was some other way you could relax & destress when you get home which doesn't involve food.

Know what you mean Jane but as its my branch everything does tend to rest on my head!! I run a post office which is quite a large branch so there are lots of opportunitys if someone is that way inclined and I just have to make sure Im fully covering my back as at the end of the day I am responsible for the branch so if everything isnt done to the book from now it does tend to come back on me!! I have given ssing a wide berth for the weekend but Im being seriously careful and I will definately get back to it monday!!

Sorry, I have a hectic few days...my Mum is moving and Kerry and I have been busy packing.

Now, I do have to admit I had a chicken salad yesterday!!! and maybe a little bit of chocolate!!

Back on SS today so fingers crossed!!
