Hi guys!
I'm 26 and I've been doing ww since new year and I have lost 21.5lbs! Last week I did Simply Filling for a week and it was easy to stick too but it felt like I was eating less and I do lots of exercise so I am back to propoints! I thought I'd have a diary!
My weight loss so far
Week 1 -3.3lb
Week 2 -2.8lb
Week 3 -2.5lb
Week 4 -1.6lb
Week 5 -3lb
Week 6 -1lb
Week 7 -1.2lb
Week 8-1.4lb
Week 9 -2.1lb
Week 10 - 1.1lb
Week 11 -1.4lb
Okay so tomorrow's menu;
Day 3 (wednesday) 27 weeklies left
Breakfast - curiously cinnamon (3pp) milk (1pp)
Snack - apple
Lunch - wrap (3pp) ham (1pp) salad, velvet rice crackers (2pp)
snack - olives (4pp) ww cookies (2pp)
Dinner - pizza (12pp) salad
27 weeklies remaining
Exercise -
35min run 7pp
Cross trainer 3pp
Weights 2pp
Activity points so far this week = 32
