Tuesday 25th August 2009 (Red Day)

Breakfast: 28g Bran Flakes (HEXB) with skimmed milk (HEXA).

Snack: 2 apples

Lunch: Tesco packet roast ham wrapped around 3 Extra Light laughing Cow triangles (1/2 HEXA) and a strawberry muller light.

Dinner: SW Cheesy Meatballs (oh my gawd they are lush!) using lean minced beef (fat drained) and 3 Extra Light laughing Cow triangles (1/2 HEXA), 220g of SW chips (HEXB) and 2 tbsp's of tomato sauce (2 syns)

Tonight's Snack: 2 finger kitkat (5.5 syns)

Total Syns: 7.5 syns

Wednesday 26rd August 2009 (Green Day)

Breakfast: 28g of Bran Flakes (HEXB) with skimmed milk (HEXA).

Snack: Veggie sushi (1 syn)

Lunch: Batchlors macaroni Cheese (1 syn) made using skimmed milk (HEXA) and water.

Dinner: Egg noodles topped with sliced Quorn fillets, onions and sweetcorn.

Tonight's Snack: Baked beans on 2 slices of toasted Nimble (HEXB) and 25g Praline (7 syns)

Thursday 27th August 2009 (Red Day)

Breakfast: 2 slices of Nimble (HEXB) with fried(light) bacon and egg with 2 tbsps tomato ketchup (2 syns)

Snack: 1 apple and 1/2 a honeydew melon.

Lunch: Tesco packet roast ham wrapped and a toffee muller light.

Dinner: 4 Tesco Light Choices Cumberland Sausages (1 syn each) and 220g of SW chips (HEXB) and 2 tbsp's of tomato sauce (2 syns)

Snack: Grapes.

Lunch: 1 small brown roll (HEXB) with chicken and 2 tspns of tomato sauce (2 syns)

Dinner: Roast beef, roasted onions and carrots, boiled brocili, cauliflower and carrots, 1 yorkshire pudding (4 syns) and Bistobest Beef Gravy (2 syns)

Tonight's Snack: Strawberries and raspberries

Dinner: Japaneese Noodle Bar - Boiled rice with pan fried veggies in some kind of sauce and some japaneese veggies in bread crumbs and 1 piece of prawn toast.

Dinner: Peppered steaks with roasted vegetables (peppers, onions, mushrooms, carrots and cherry tomatos).

Tonight's Snack: Del Monte Peaches (juice drained) 200g (5 syns) and two Jaffa Cakes (2.5 syns each)

Try and eat more fruit and veg with it Hun. I think you are still trying to keep them all seperate. Dont forget that variety is important to.
Try having a "full english" one morning...I cook mine the night before (even the eggs) and re-heat it in the microwave at work. I dont want to miss out! Lol.
Keep at it though and you will notice the difference this week.

Breakfast: Apple and 200g of Asda Good for You Cottage Cheese with Pineapple (2 syns)

Lunch: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB), an apple and a packet of Batchlors Savory Rice.

Dinner: Beef stir fry seasoned with worcestershire sauce and salt with a jacket potato and 28g Philidelphia Light Cheese (2 syns).

Snacks: French Fries (4.5 syns)
