Sarah's Food Diary - Red, Green & EE

Thursday 15th October (EE day)

Breakfast: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB) and an apple.

Lunch: Batchlors Savory Rice, a whole large can of Green Giant Sweetcorn and a strawberry muller light.

Dinner: Frying steak with 'Smash' and mixed vegetables.

Snacks: Kitkat (5.5 syns)

Total: 5.5 syn

HEXA has been used in the form of skimmed milk.

Friday 16th October (EE day)

Breakfast: 2 slices of Nimble (HEXB) with bacon (fat removed).

Lunch: Pasta in Sauce made with water.

Dinner: Boiled rice with chicken in 1/2 a sachet of Blue Dragon Oyster and Spring Onion Sauce (4 syns).

Snacks:

Total: 4 syns

Knew my goodness couldnt last for long! I held out for 15 days before the badness struck!

Started off well my eating 2 Alpen Light bars and some grapes and two chopped up apples and a pot noodle. Now we have just ordered a curry, doh! Back on track tomorrow!!!!!!!!!
 
Sunday 18th October 2009 (Green Day)

Breakfast: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB).

Lunch: 2 slices of Nimble (HEXB) with 42g of reduced fat tesco Chedder Cheese (HEXA).

Dinner: Boiled rice with Quorn style chicken peices marinaded in worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Tonight's Snack:

Monday 19th October 2009 (Red Day)

Breakfast: 28g porridge oats (HEXB) made with skimmed milk (HEXA).

Snack: Two banana's.

Lunch: Packet of Tesco Wafer Think Roast Chicken and a strawberry muller light.

Dinner: SW cheesy meatballs made with lean minced steak (fat drained through out cooking) and 42g of reduced fat mozzarella (HEXA) and 227g of SW chips (HEXB) with 2 tbsps of tomato sauce (2 syns)

Tonight's Snack: 6 Mikado's (0.5 syns each)

Total Syns: 5 syns

Tuesday 20th October 2009 (Red Day)

Breakfast: 28g of Fruit and Fiber (HEXB) made with skimmed milk (HEXA).

Snack: Apple.

Lunch: Packet of Tesco Wafer Thin Honey Roast Ham and a strawberry muller light.

Dinner: Steak stir fry.

Tonight's Snack: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB) and a packet of salt, vinegar Quavers (5.5 syns) and 6 Mikado sticks (0.5 syns each)

Total Syns: 8.5 syns

Wednesday 21st October (EE day)

Breakfast: 2 slices of Nimble (HEXB) with baked beans.

Lunch: Low Fat Chicken and Herb Super Noodles, strawberry muller light and 2 Mikado sticks (1 syn).

Dinner: Pub Dinner of steak, jacket potato, peas, grilled tomato and a grilled flat mushroom. Will allow 6 syns for the oil they probably used to cook everything in.

Snacks:

Total: 7 syns

Thursday 22nd October (EE day)

Breakfast: Banana and 4 original Ryvita's (HEXB) with Tesco Light Choices Natural Cottage Cheese.

Lunch: Low Fat Chicken and Herb Super Noodles.

Dinner: Minced steak, potato mash, swead & carrot mash and mixed veg.

Snacks: Small slice of Marks & Spencer Carrot and Walnut Cake (5.5 syns per 28g) so i'm going to call it 10 syns for the bit I had.

Total: 10 syns

Thursday 22nd October (EE day)

Breakfast: Banana, strawberry muller light and a pear.

Lunch: 2 original Ryvita's (Speed HEXB) with Tesco Light Choices Natural Cottage Cheese, a banana and a raspberry & cranberry muller light.

Dinner: Boiled rice with 1/2 a can of Silverado Stagg Chilli (3 syns) with extra onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatos to bulk it out a bit!

Snacks: Salt and Vigegar Quavers (4.5 syns)

Total: 7.5 syns

Saturday 24th October (EE day)

Breakfast: Baked beans, bacon and 2 Quorn sausages.

Lunch: A banana an someCheese and Brocilli Pasta in Sauce (1/2 syn) made with skimed milk (HEXA) and water.

Dinner: Beef cubes with passata and spagetti pasta.

Snacks: 28g of Fruit and Fiber (HEXB) with skimmed milk (HEXA) and a curlywurly (6 syns)

Total: 6.5 syns

Lunch: Veggie Sushi from Tesco (1 Syn) and a Tomato Mugshot.

Dinner: Chicken and Mushroom Pot Noodle (6.5 syns)

Snacks: Some wafer thing roast chicken and some cherry tomatos in two slices of Nimble (6 syns).

Total: 13.5 syns

Apple, pear and a Muller Light.

Lunch: 2 slices of Nimble (HEXB) with a tina of tuna mixed with 2 tbsps of Hellmann's Extra Light Mayo (1 syn) and a Chicken Noodle Mugshot.

Dinner: Frying steak with a jacket potato, baked beans, Fry Light cooked mushrooms and onions mixed with 1 beed OXO cube.

Snacks: Curlywurly (6 syns)

Breakfast:
2 Morrisons Eat Smart Pork Sausages, 3 rashers of bacon (fat removed) and scrambled eggs.

Lunch: Chicken Noodle Mugshot and 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB)

Dinner: Roast dinner consisting of roast beef, new potatos, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and 1/4 a sachet of Schwartz Creamy Pepper Sauce Mix (1.5 syns).

Snacks: Mini packet of Milky Way Magic Stars (3.5 syns)

Total: 5 Syns

You have done brilliantly, stuck 100%, hope you see a good weight loss this week. Love that you get that little bit of chocolate in each day! Finding out more about the EE plan as I go along as well, do you find EE works best for you? Fingers crossed for your weigh-in x
