Yeah, I don't like skimmed milk on it's own so can't have the other cereals, OSS is so nice and make ur belly feel warm and cormforted!
 
Yeah I only use the milk as calcium except some total 0% every now and again!
 
250mls of milk is one portion of calcium I think. I need to start eating more hard cheese and yoghurt from weeklies I think. I hate the taste of milk too thats why I try and find dishes to add it too, the cauliflower soup has some too x

No I eat more on sf than pp, just keep thinking about ur belly when eating, u will soon realise when u have had enough! Does this help?
 
That's what I'm like I don't always have a snack in between meals, just not hungry for it
