It way lovely! Thankyou! And thanks atomic for the idea! As u can see I'm not totally cutting out carbs, just cutting back! Normally that tea would have been accompanied by 2 petit pains! Piggy!!
 
So I gained 2.5lb! Gonna work hard this wk to hopefully get that off!
