Day 1 - 2/1/15

Breakfast- Banana, Apple
Lunch- pasta, ham, mushrooms, mayo(3)
Tea- chicken, Cajun spice, slimming world chips, green beans, ketchup(1)
Snacks- satsuma, muller Greek yoghurt(0.5)

HexA- 100ml S/Sk. Milk
HexB- 1 Alpen Light

Notes: Drank 5 glasses of squash and 3 cups of green tea, I've always found green tea boosts my weight loss! I Found it hard to get back into it after having christmas off plan but I'm determined to stick to it!
 
Day 2 - 3/1/15

Breakfast- Apple, Satsuma
Lunch- Pasta, Tuna, Mayo(3)
Tea- Bacon, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, egg
Snacks- Satsuma, Banana, Greek muller(0.5)

HexA- 100ml glass of milk
HexB- 2 Alpen light

Notes: only 3.5 syns, but not feeling deprived, finally got my head around the new plan I hope!
 
Day 3- 4/1/15

Breakfast- Grapes, Apple
Lunch- Butternut squash & Potato soup, spices
Tea- Steak, SW Roasties, Carrots, Brocoli, Cauliflower, Ketchup(2)
Snacks- Mugshot, Satsuma, Greek muller(0.5)

HexA: Oops forgot to have one!
HexB: 2 Alpen lights

Notes: I did feel hungry after lunch so had to have a mugshot, maybe the soup wasn't filling enough or perhaps it was because we went on a big walk between lunch and tea time? :/
 
Day 4- 5/1/15

Breakfast: Greek Muller(0.5), Apple
Lunch: Pasta, Mayo(3), Bacon
Tea: Jacket Potato, Baked Beans, cheese, Salad
Snacks: 2 Satsumas, Grapes, Ham

HexA: 40g low low cheese
HexB: 2 Alpen Lights

Notes: Went to the gym today so feeling fabulous :D long may it continue!
 
Day 5- 6/1/15

Breakfast: Satsuma
Lunch: corn on the cob, pasta, mayo(2)
Tea: fish(0.5), potatoes, mixed veg, ketchup(1)
Snacks: yoghurt(0.5), Apple, chewy delight(4.5)

HexA: milk
HexB: 2 Alpen light
Notes: 8.5 syns used, not enough speed foods at dinner, craved sugar! :(
 
Day 6- 7/1/15

Breakfast: Satsuma, yoghurt(0.5)
Lunch: Butternutsquash and potato soup
Tea: SW Curry and bachelors rice
Snacks: Ham, chewy delight(4.5)

HexA: Milk
HexB: chewy delight bar

Notes: went to the gym and worked really hard, need to get more fruit and veggies into my diet again!
