Sorry girlies Ive barely been on at all since Tuesday, My eldest child has been suffering with a chest infection (though to see him now you would think hes fine!) so been busy runiing around after them both. Roll on monday so hes at school and my life goes back to peace and quiet again and I get time to talk to you hoes

I sts this week as i ha a terrible week food wise and felt lucky to have sts!!! so its day 1 today and i have cooked some steak and chicken up etc at least ita protein and will keep me ticking over until my ketosis kicks in a bit!
