    poached eggs - free
    bacon - free

    Lunch:
    roast pork - free
    fat free fromais frais - free
    roast potatoes - 2 syns for oil
    brocoli - free
    yorkshire pudding - 2 syns
    onions - free
    rhubard crumble - 10? syns
    custard - 3.5 syns

    Dinner:
    poached egg - free
    bagel - 11 syns
    fruit cake - 8 syns
    coffee with ss milk and 2 sugar - 2 syns

    snacks:
    2 x coffee with ss milk and 2 sugar - 4 syns
    kit kat 2 finger - 5.5 syns

    TOTAL: 61?!!

    :mad: very very bad start...!!! Planned next week's meals out... no more bagels! and no more snacking!! Need to find some good SW dessert recipes!
